Critical Race Theory and related areas are their own fields of study, and the topic is obviously in the news. But not all of us can get a Ph.D. in this field. What is a conscientious practitioner to do? The first part of this CLE will create a brief DEI framework for the discussion, then apply these concepts to the area of estate planning law with a focus on solutions.
